Politics aside... What can we learn about the message here?

1) "This is my town hall meeting" = 1 way communication... and that doesn't work anymore. Try listening.

2) "I set the rules" = Wrong! Your customer sets the rules. If... you don't provide something of value to them, they will move on.

3) "Usually the films that are done...end up on YouTube in a compromising position" = YEP!
