“We knew Sarasota was going to bring intensity and fight for the entire game.  Our guys knew it was going to be a game that we would have to grind out a result and take advantage of every opportunity we created,” said Coach Poland. “I am proud of the team and their ability on heavy legs after the weekend to play the way in which they did. Karsen and Kevin were massive coming off the bench and sealing the victory.  I am proud of our defense and Lalo for saving a PK and keeping us in the game.  The Open Cup is chaotic and wild, but the goal is survive and advance.”
