Kinzel is pleased to invite Collier County residents and visitors to a Real Estate Lunch and Learn seminar entitled “Avoid the Six Biggest Costly Mistakes: Real Estate Laws Have Changed.” The seminar is organized by the York Team of Downing Frye Realty, Inc. and will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Heritage Bay Government Service Center, 15450 Collier Blvd, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

This Lunch and Learn will feature six expert panelists sharing insights about local real estate trends, prevention of property scams, property insurance, changes in real estate laws, mortgage processes, and updates to wills and trust laws. In this interactive discussion, attendees will gain valuable information to help them sell, buy, or rent a home in 2025. This is not a sales or promotional event; it is intended to provide attendees with insights to Collier County and State of Florida homeowner information.
